- Architect Youtap’s online growth engine and own acquisition targets
- Build predictable, scalable digital funnels that convert
- Own revenue targets and drive growth
- Hire, develop and lead a high-energy digital-first sales team
- Create a bold, data-driven sales culture and coach for results
- Identify market opportunities and turn insights into wins
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and digital customer journeys
- Ensure frictionless onboarding and drive product adoption with Customer Success
- Channel customer feedback into product innovation
- Build and track dashboards, report to leadership, and manage pricing with a profitability-first mindset
- Scale Youtap’s Online POS SaaS across merchants, QSRs, and restaurants nationwide
Requirements
- 7+ years in sales
- 3+ years in SaaS/Fintech/Tech
- Startup hustle mentality
- Proven success building and scaling digital-first sales teams in Indonesia
- Mastery of CRM, growth funnels, and digital lead gen
- Deep insights into SME, QSR, and restaurant ecosystems
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Data-obsessed and AI literate
- Target-driven
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Jakarta-based (role is based in Jakarta)
