About the role
- Engage prospects and book qualified demos for Account Executives.
- Influence revenue through outbound prospecting, opportunity development, and support on live deals.
- Support onboarding and training of new hires (AEs, BDRs) on Revenue.io, Salesforce (SFDC), and MaverickRE processes.
- Assist in building, maintaining, and optimizing Salesforce dashboards, Revenue.io reports, and hit lists.
- Translate sales strategies into actionable cadences and sequences within Revenue.io.
- Gather feedback from AEs and BDRs to improve processes, training, and tool adoption.
Requirements
- Sales Acumen: Ability to build a pipeline, book demos, and support revenue generation.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Salesforce, Revenue.io, and sales enablement platforms.
- Training & Coaching: Capable of onboarding new hires and supporting ongoing AE/BDR development.
- Analytical Skills: Able to build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and optimize sales processes.
- Collaboration: Strong cross-functional communicator with a team-first mindset.
