Junior Account Executive – Hybrid Sales Enablement

Salesforce Administrator

• Providing daily support and administration of Salesforce, users and processes through incident management tool including user licenses assignments, bulk data updates, quick fixes
• Gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements
• Developing high level and detailed design documentation
• Handling a variety of Salesforce End User support and enhancement requests that vary drastically from new access to sophisticated system issues requiring deeper investigation

Customer Success Manager

• The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the client relationships within the Client Success Manager’s book of business, giving their clients “white glove service” where they will consistently feel that you as their CSM goes above and beyond each time.
• Triages requests to the appropriate team in a timely manner and reports back to the client with regular updates until resolved.
• Holds recurring (monthly) zoom meetings to deliver updates, discuss goals and progress as well as how to maximize use of the MaverickRE system.
• Call and email all clients in a timely manner to provide a high level of customer support
• Develop strong client relationships.
• Speak confidently and professionally while working through escalated issues or troubleshooting problems.

Client Success Manager

Product Analyst

• Own the quality and effectiveness of AI²'s automated conversations
• Review AI-generated texts and voice calls to ensure high-quality, effective, and compliant conversations across a range of lead scenarios
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data (transcripts, call outcomes, CRM feedback) to identify user behavior patterns, pain points, and optimization opportunities
• Translate findings into clear, actionable product proposals—ranging from script changes to behavioral logic enhancements
• Collaborate with the Lead Product Manager and Data Analyst to measure the effectiveness of implemented changes and inform what to iterate on next
• Support A/B tests and pilots to evaluate hypothesis-driven enhancements, measuring downstream effects on engagement and conversions
• Work closely with product and cross-functional teams to shape AI engagement, identify opportunities to improve scripts and logic, and measure impact of changes

Performance Marketing

• Manage a team of analysts to create, optimize, and manage paid media accounts
• Communicate with clients by email to deliver against performance, return on investment, and revenue targets
• Manage a team of 7-8 direct reports, coach and develop their talents, and hold them accountable for assigned work and schedule requirements
• Monitor and evaluate performance KPIs for Google Ads campaigns and troubleshoot issues
• Lead maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, budget caps, and other important account metrics
• Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and paid search facets for individual client campaigns
