About the role
- Own and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy supporting traffic, activation, engagement, retention, and contributions
- Lead a team focused on experimentation, analytics, and customer focus
- Develop and coordinate multi-channel programs to generate high-quality traffic across key verticals
- Partner with Product and Biz Ops to analyze and optimize onboarding and activation funnels
- Design and iterate lifecycle programs (email, push, in-product) to deepen engagement and reduce churn
- Develop strategies and rapid experiments to increase consumer contributions and reviews
- Foster a test-and-learn mindset and lead growth experiments using A/B testing, segmentation, and analytics
- Own and drive the growth marketing measurement and analytics framework; collaborate with Growth Science and Operations to act on results
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Community, and Biz Ops to synthesize insights
- Proactively incorporate AI and automation to enhance growth strategies and campaign execution
- Mentor and develop team members to build world-class growth marketing capabilities
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience leading full-funnel growth marketing initiatives
- Skilled at mentoring and growing high-performing, independent teams
- Strong expertise in creating, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing strategies
- Demonstrated ability to turn insights and analytics into actionable marketing strategies
- Proven skill in using AI, experimentation frameworks, and advanced analytics
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and collaboration abilities
- Proactive communicator capable of delivering updates to executive leadership
- Track record of continuously improving marketing processes, messaging, and programs
- Deep curiosity about evolving customer needs, market trends, and new growth technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (required)
- Advanced degree preferred, but not mandatory
