About the role

  • Content strategy and execution: Own Miter’s content strategy and develop programs that build brand authority, drive customer acquisition, and engage customers. Approach strategy with a distribution-first mindset and plan how our content reaches our audience before production.
  • Create insightful content for construction finance, HR,and operations leaders. Become the subject-matter expert in our audience by deeply understanding their pain points, priorities, and workflows. Identify the right themes, perspectives, formats, and channels that will resonate with our audience and develop our full-funnel content and distribution strategy accordingly.
  • Efficiently scale high-quality content production. Source and manage resources – including subject-matter experts, freelancers, 3rd-party agencies, and AI tools – to produce high-quality content at scale. Develop a repeatable pipeline for turning domain expertise from our customers, partners, and team into compelling, valuable content.
  • Build and manage a content calendar. Drive consistent publishing that supports product launches, campaigns, and partner initiatives and maximize distribution through SEO, AI platforms, partner opportunities, and other key channels.
  • Develop a measurement framework. Build a framework and system to track what’s working, what’s not, and where to invest next. Use insights to refine strategy and demonstrate business impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in content production, copywriting, demand generation, or a related role
  • Proven track record of developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement, informed by customer insights, research, or subject-matter experts
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex topics for diverse audiences across content types
  • Strong curiosity and investigative skills to uncover insights and translate them into compelling, market-facing content
  • Highly collaborative, able to partner across teams and leverage internal expertise
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
