About the role
- Manage and fulfill client requests to use IDC intellectual property in public documents
- Verify that the content to be cited is accurate, current, properly sourced, and used in an appropriate context
- Review of all requests to promote IDC MarketScape documents
- Seek approvals from the appropriate individuals in IDC’s research and consulting community as needed
- Work with IDC analysts on custom quotes and other external quote requests by clients and non-clients
- Coordinate with IDG Legal on client requests to use IDC content in litigation and regulatory filings
- Coordinate filing Content Use Agreements with clients and IDG Legal
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years experience in a role that included writing, editing, copy-editing and proofreading
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Intercom, MSFT OWA
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
