About the role
- Head of Corporate Events and Production shaping immersive experiences reflecting company brand and leadership vision
- Oversee creative services: design, video and media production to ensure brand consistency and emotional resonance
- Lead development of immersive employee storytelling and measure engagement via analytics
- Plan and deliver live, virtual and hybrid events including executive engagements, conferences and leadership summits
- Collaborate with senior leaders on messaging, agenda and content strategy
- Manage venue sourcing, contract negotiations, vendor relationships and identify bundled sourcing opportunities
- Lead cross-functional team spanning events, production, media and design; provide mentorship and drive operational efficiency
- Manage department budget, forecasting, allocation and cost optimization
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in corporate events and production
- 3+ years of leadership experience building and scaling high-performing events and production teams
- Experience with hybrid event design and emerging technologies (AI, 3D, virtual tools)
- Strong data-driven mindset with proficiency in event analytics and ROI measurement
- Mastery in leading end-to-end production across live, virtual, and hybrid formats
- Expertise in strategic storytelling, creative direction, and brand consistency
- Experience in large-scale event planning, production, logistics, and execution
- Skilled in contract negotiation, vendor management, and partner strategy
- Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience managing department budgets, forecasting, and cost optimization
- Strong problem solving, agility, diplomacy, and influence skills
