About the role
- Pick and process orders for shipment to the customer
- Quality check all work to ensure proper SKU, color, size, and quantity
- Follow and meet all accuracy and performance requirements
- Identify inventory and process issues and present them to management for referral to problem resolution
- Properly fill out profiling change forms, stop signs, and truck maintenance forms
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- All other duties as directed by CSI Management
Requirements
- 0-6 months experience in a distribution/fulfillment center environment
- Position requires walking, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Available to work flexible hours such as overtime and weekends
- Team player, willing to work in other areas of the operation as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance standards
