About the role
- Work across multiple cross-functional teams to develop robust, scalable enterprise designs
- Tackle complex systems design and manage multiple dependencies
- Design AI-driven, automation-first customer experience features
- Design with a product-led growth mindset to optimise user adoption and engagement
- Partner with UX Researchers, Content Strategists, Product Managers and Engineers
- Create interaction models, flows, wireframes, and hi-fidelity mockups
- Present design solutions to partners and senior executives and iterate on feedback
- Collaborate primarily with teams in Estonia, Poland, Germany, Portugal and distributed teams across AMER, EMEA, and APAC
- Attach portfolio to application
Requirements
- 5+ years professional experience designing consumer or business SaaS applications
- Experience with enterprise-level solutions (advantage)
- Professional experience designing for product-led growth to optimise adoption
- Experience with AI technologies or shaping AI products (strongly advised)
- Ability to operate and lead in complex technical environments
- Proactive self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and rapid prototyping
- Strong communication skills to articulate and defend design decisions
- Ability to break down complex problems into actionable tasks
- Robust portfolio demonstrating end-to-end work on complex systems
- Must attend local office part of the week (hybrid)
