About the role
- Lead enterprise-wide process optimization and digital transformation initiatives to advance XS Insurance Brokers.
- Design and implement scalable, tech-enabled solutions that improve underwriting efficiency, enhance broker/retail agent experience, and drive profitable growth.
- Partner closely with brokerage, underwriting, operations, finance, and technology leaders to set the strategic roadmap for process innovation and digital adoption.
- Develop and execute a multi-year business analysis and digital enablement strategy aligned with corporate growth and profitability objectives.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of business analysts, process architects, and digital product owners.
- Assess and re-engineer end-to-end processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Direct the design and rollout of broker portals, quoting/binding platforms, CRM, and API/data-integration layers.
- Champion adoption of low-code/no-code tools, robotic process automation (RPA), and cloud solutions to streamline core insurance operations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of combined experience in insurance business analysis, digital transformation, or technology enablement (wholesale/E&S or specialty lines strongly preferred).
- In-depth understanding of brokerage operations, carrier connectivity, and digital quoting/binding systems
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise technology implementations, process re-engineering, and change-management programs.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, analytics platforms, and reporting tools.
- Exceptional communication, executive presentation, and vendor management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Technology (MBA, CPCU, AINS, or Agile/PMP certifications are a plus).
