Lead enterprise-wide process optimization and digital transformation initiatives to advance XS Insurance Brokers.
Design and implement scalable, tech-enabled solutions that improve underwriting efficiency, enhance broker/retail agent experience, and drive profitable growth.
Partner closely with brokerage, underwriting, operations, finance, and technology leaders to set the strategic roadmap for process innovation and digital adoption.
Develop and execute a multi-year business analysis and digital enablement strategy aligned with corporate growth and profitability objectives.
Build and mentor a high-performing team of business analysts, process architects, and digital product owners.
Assess and re-engineer end-to-end processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Direct the design and rollout of broker portals, quoting/binding platforms, CRM, and API/data-integration layers.
Champion adoption of low-code/no-code tools, robotic process automation (RPA), and cloud solutions to streamline core insurance operations.
Requirements
10+ years of combined experience in insurance business analysis, digital transformation, or technology enablement (wholesale/E&S or specialty lines strongly preferred).
In-depth understanding of brokerage operations, carrier connectivity, and digital quoting/binding systems
Proven track record of delivering enterprise technology implementations, process re-engineering, and change-management programs.
Strong knowledge of data governance, analytics platforms, and reporting tools.
Exceptional communication, executive presentation, and vendor management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Technology (MBA, CPCU, AINS, or Agile/PMP certifications are a plus).
