About the role
- Establish and lead the Enterprise Change Management Group, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Develop and implement change management strategies and methodologies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance
- Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to identify and address change impacts, risks, and dependencies
- Provide coaching and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, ensuring transparency and engagement throughout the change process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Change Management, Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise change management or a similar leadership role
- Proven experience in setting up and managing change management teams within large organizations
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on coaching and development
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Relevant certifications in change management and project management
