About the role
- Define and execute the product strategy for Extended Detection and Response in alignment with the overall company roadmap and go-to-market objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships directly with internal key influencers/leaders to inform and execute product priorities
- Work closely with the Customer SOC team to develop a virtuous cycle of feature delivery that empowers internal teams and delivers value to customers & partners
- Collaborate with other Product Managers and teams within Arctic Wolf
- Own and proactively drive accomplishment of the operational needs within your assigned area of the team
- Collaborate with UX team to ensure that the user experience of each release is at the center of what is delivered
- Analyze and report on product performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation
Requirements
- 10 + years’ experience in a technical or product role
- Experience working with global teams, especially in offshore environments.
- Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with SaaS or cybersecurity products is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of working with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to manage cross-functional relationships across time zones.
