About the role
- Deliver data-driven insights to improve understanding of business performance, key drivers, and trends
- Support the Financial Performance Management team with routine reporting, variance analysis, and enhanced analytics
- Collaborate with the Senior Finance Business Partner to partner with Product Marketing and Product Development
- Assist Product Managers in building strong business cases for new product initiatives
- Contribute to the forecasting and budgeting processes
- Prepare and review monthly financial commentary, ensuring clarity and relevance
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic business decisions
- Maintain and enhance financial models and reporting templates
- Partner with Financial Control and Business Support teams to improve month-end processes
- Help design tools and processes to enhance FP&A output quality and efficiency
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
- Strong interest in developing a career in Finance and a willingness to learn and grow
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced formulas, and financial modelling)
- Able to interpret and connect data across multiple systems and sources
- Skilled at working with large data sets and turning data into actionable insights
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing tight deadlines
- Previous experience in FP&A, business analysis, or a similar role is a plus
