Run mid-funnel digital marketing initiatives across YouTube, Paid Social (e.g., Meta, TikTok) and programmatic display platforms
Own the strategy, execution and success of mid-funnel campaigns including campaign setup, optimisation, bidding and budget management
Tailor mid-funnel operations across creative, platform execution, measurement and reporting
Manage creative cycles, update creative and designs, and perform and monitor A/B tests
Work with data engineering teams to own integrations into platforms and with central data team to develop bespoke 1P audience campaigns
Collaborate with marketing, product/commercial and brand media teams to create cohesive customer journeys and joined-up top and mid-funnel planning
Perform data and profitability analysis and communicate campaign analysis internally
Report on campaign performance weekly and bi-weekly and manage day-to-day account operations and testing ideation and execution
Champion the impact of mid-funnel channels to drive brand salience and business results; role is highly visible to senior leadership
Requirements
Strong experience leading an account in paid social and YouTube, including working with design and engineering resources to optimise creative and messaging for target audiences
Proven track record of improving financial performance of a social media strategy via revenue growth, cost efficiencies or churn reduction
Account management expertise – experience working with budgets, optimisations, bidding strategies, campaign set-up and structure
Data-driven mindset with superior analytical and quantitative skills; ability to design testing methodologies and optimise campaigns to deliver results
Comfortable growing investments in new digital platforms from 0 to 1: developing campaigns, testing plans, and executing in-platform
Experience working with measurement teams to understand financial impact on performance, consideration and awareness KPIs
Experience collaborating with design, data engineering, product/commercial and brand media teams
Passion for using digital media platforms to improve customer outcomes and curiosity about broader market trends
