• You’ll actively monitor portfolio performance in near real time, identify emerging risks, and ensure underwriting decisions remain compliant with UK regulatory requirements.
• Drive growth through expanding our footprint and optimising rates, considering profitability and risk in every initiative, monitoring and refining to maximise potential.
• Use advanced modelling techniques to support the prevention of fraud and the advancing identification of risk.
• Utilise immediate data enrichment and non-traditional data sources (e.g external validation services) to identify new signals for risk selection and fraud identification at point of quote.
• Monitor critical key performance indicators (KPIs), highlighting movements and recommending action where necessary.

• Lead design work across product and communication experiences, from user flow mapping and wireframing through to final interface design and testing
• Champion a user-centred, evidence-led design approach, working with researchers and analysts to uncover insights and validate ideas through testing
• Collaborate across disciplines, including engineering, data, brand, content, and marketing teams, to ensure designs are achievable, consistent, and high-performing
• Contribute to the evolution of our design system, maintaining accessible, scalable patterns that align product and marketing design
• Run and facilitate design sprints and workshops, helping teams align on problems and rapidly test solutions

• Analyse search landscapes and third party ranking tools (such as SEOClarity or Ahrefs) to find opportunities for higher rankings within Google.
• Work with content, creative, and development teams to optimise existing and launch new web assets in order to capture ranking traffic.
• Ensure all SEO requirements are met for new pages, user experiences, and websites.
• Create detailed and insightful reports that will be used by the rest of the SEO & content team, as well as senior management, to communicate performance trends and key drivers.
