Develop and execute tactical strategies to engage and support event sponsorships
Act as primary liaison between sales, content and event operations to fulfill and execute sponsorships
Track event sponsorship and exhibition deliverables
Create and execute sponsorship/exhibitor communication plans (pre-event, onsite and post event)
Collaborate with marketing to ensure messaging and branding alignment with event/brand theme
Create sponsorship toolkits using CVENT exhibitor portal in partnership with event lead
Create and manage exhibit floorplans, booth assignments, and use floorplan software
Manage sponsorship tracking documents including contract tracking, finance and fulfillment
Create and execute weekly KPI reporting including YOY sponsorship pacing (revenue and attendees)
Work with portfolio leaders to create and execute onsite sales re-booking process
Manage sponsor relations team member(s)
Travel to onsite events ~10-15 times per year and interface with clients
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, communication or related field
6+ years relevant events experience in a client/customer facing role
Experience with CVENT or other event management software
High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to successfully lead multiple concurrent projects, solve problems, and consistently meet deadlines with minimal supervision (individually and on teams)
Excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
Superior attention to detail, the ability to create procedures, and a desire for accuracy in job performance
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Travel 10-15 times per year
