Optimize attendee registration process, including the buildout and management of clean and consistent registration sites
Ensure compliance with data protection
Coordinate pre- and post-event attendee communication
Provide outstanding frontline customer service to event attendees
Manage housing bureau or hotel room block and attendee peripherals
Support event data analysis and reporting post-event
Partner with Cvent for deployment of OA 360
Coordinate with Event Operations for temporary staff sourcing, scheduling and onsite management
Coordinate with Marketing on design and launch of event app
Serve as point of contact for weekly pacing reports, e.g., registration and room block
Travel onsite to live events, estimate 8-10 times per year
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, communication or related field
4+ years relevant events experience in a client/customer facing role
Experience with CVENT or other event management software
High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to successfully lead multiple concurrent projects, solve problems, and consistently meet deadlines with minimal supervision (individually and on teams)
Excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
Superior attention to detail, the ability to create procedures, and a desire for accuracy in job performance
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
