About the role
- Coach and mentor clinic staff to deliver the best service to clients and drive results
- Drive sales revenue growth within allocated clinic network area
- Create a customer focused sales culture
- Engage the sales team to create alignment and accountability
- Leverage cross-functional partnerships to optimize process and operational efficiencies, training and employment support
- Promote safety & wellbeing
- Report to the State Manager and support clinics across Victoria and Tasmania
- Work arrangement: 1 day in support office (Port Melbourne) and 4 days on the road supporting clinics across Victoria and Tasmania
Requirements
- Consumer sales experience
- Proven track record of managing and meeting KPI’s
- Experience using sales data and analytics to generate insights and make important decisions that affect sales
- Working with and leading remote teams across multiple sites
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Building and leading high-performance teams (including coaching & developing, performance management)
- Intermediate knowledge of software applications required in role (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.)
- Basic business and financial knowledge
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and influential skills
- Australian Driver License
