About the role
- Develop and execute all outbound and inbound sourcing and hiring efforts.
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers and other cross-functional teams.
- Develop and maintain a rich pipeline of top technical talent.
- Regularly develop market and talent maps and share insights.
- Use data insights to inform sourcing strategies and improve candidate life-cycle.
- Conduct screening, facilitate first-round candidate interviews, and conduct reference checks.
- Implement and build scalable sourcing process for supported teams.
- Utilize advanced sourcing tools to identify and engage with candidates.
- Leverage reporting tools to track sourcing metrics and analyze data.
Requirements
- 4 + years of GTM sourcing experience, within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- At least 2 years of experience focused on SaaS Sales sourcing.
- Strong familiarity with sourcing tools such as Gem, LinkedIn.
- Experience working with a variety of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Demonstrated ability to optimize recruitment processes, manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking skills with a proven ability to develop innovative solutions.
- Experience using analytics and reporting tools to track sourcing metrics.
