About the role
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for junior-to-mid and senior level roles across multiple functions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, develop job descriptions, and define candidate profiles
- Source, screen, and assess candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
- Lead interview process, providing insights to hiring managers and facilitating hiring decisions
- Partner with People Team and leadership to create and implement best in class talent acquisition strategies
- Maintain recruitment metrics and reports, providing insights to improve hiring processes
- Represent the company positively to candidates, ensuring a high-quality and engaging candidate experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth environment, B2C CPG or SaaS companies preferred
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring top talent across multiple functions, including senior management roles
- Proven track record of consistently hitting internal hiring goals, while improving candidate quality
- Expertise in ATS systems, preferably Greenhouse
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiting and AI Powered sourcing tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging hiring managers and executive leadership across the organization
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
