General Counsel

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts, including marketing agreements, manufacturing services agreements, partnership agreements, consulting agreements, research agreements, vendor agreements, license agreements, NDAs and data privacy addendum.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to business stakeholders on marketing activities, growth initiatives, product launches, partnerships, licensing and other commercial transactions, as well as day-to-day activities and operations across all functions.
• Participate in cross-functional project teams (e.g., new feature/product launches, international expansion, marketing initiatives) to identify legal/regulatory risks and help shape strategic decision-making.
• Assist in board and governance matters, including preparing board resolutions and minutes and legal and regulatory updates for senior management and the board of directors.
• Monitor and manage regulatory obligations. Develop, maintain and implement policies and processes to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, particularly those relating to data privacy, data security, consumer protection, and relevant industry standards.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to support privacy/security program initiatives, respond to regulatory inquiries, monitor emerging regulatory developments and advise on impact to business.
• Assist with internal training and awareness programs on legal developments, regulatory compliance, and contracting best practices and policies.
• Act as a thoughtful business partner, support a fast-moving culture, flexible teamwork, and pragmatic solutions to support growth while protecting the company.

Corporate & Regulatory Counsel

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and People teams to manage budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models for materials, freight, fulfillment, and manufacturing costs, tracking COGS, landed cost, and gross margin performance.
• Own headcount and personnel-related forecasting for assigned departments, partnering with People Operations to model hiring plans, compensation impacts, and workforce cost trends.
• Manage and analyze departmental variable spend, including consulting, professional services, travel, and other operating expenses; provide variance analysis and identify optimization opportunities.
• Support financial reviews and business cases for vendor contracts, consulting engagements, and strategic operational initiatives.

Financial Analyst – Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Operations

Project Manager

• Define, maintain, and evolve the program-level roadmap, with cross-functional milestones, decision gates, and dependencies
• Monitor and drive progress across multiple workstreams (e.g. hardware, firmware, industrial design, compliance/regulatory, packaging, supply chain, localization, marketing, sales enablement, operations)
• Identify blockers, risks, and opportunities; lead mitigation and escalation strategies through effective communication with the executive leadership team

Senior Project Manager, Cross-Functional Products

Supply Chain

• Act as the primary liaison with select overseas manufacturers, managing daily communications and maintaining strong relationships
• Monitor production schedules, identify potential delays, and escalate risks to the Director of Supply Chain
• Coordinate shipping logistics, including booking freight, confirming documentation, and ensuring timely PO pick-ups and deliveries
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure raw material and componentry availability to support procurement timelines and avoid production disruptions
• Enter and manage manufacturer purchase orders in NetSuite and ensure alignment across internal systems

• Conduct defective unit analysis, reverse engineering, and root cause analysis on returned products to identify and solve complex hardware issues.

• Drive hardware development from concepts (PRD) to requirements (TRD), through all validation stages (EVT/DVT), and into production (PVT/MP Ramp). You will manage the process using and implementing a formal gate process.
• Lead Program Execution: Drive and coordinate cross-functional teams including electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, firmware, software, and operations to ensure seamless project execution.
