Product Marketing

• Lead Product Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with product leaders to influence roadmap decisions. Own GTM planning, product positioning, messaging and storytelling for hardware, software and our subscription services
• Team Building and Cross Functional Leadership: Help to build out a high performing team; serve as a strategic partner and function to our Product, Sales and Customer Success orgs
• Marketing and Customer Insight: Leverage research, social listening and customer feedback to inform our product roadmaps, messaging and positioning. Craft compelling and differentiated messaging that clearly articulates the unique value proposition of our hardware and the ongoing benefits of our subscription. Translate complex features into clear, consumer-facing benefits for various audiences. Partner with the brand team to bring these to life across channels.
• Market and Competitive Intelligence: Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and the competitive landscape to ensure differentiated, future-ready positioning

Director, Product Marketing

Electrical Engineer

• Conduct defective unit analysis, reverse engineering, and root cause analysis on returned products to identify and solve complex hardware issues.
• Perform circuit design and analysis for new and existing products, with a focus on embedded systems and CPUs.
• Design and review testing paradigms, perform hands-on product and reliability testing using bench equipment (DMM, Oscilloscope, etc.), and operate testing scripts.
• Work independently and collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams. You will be expected to maintain thorough documentation and communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and our Asia-Pacific manufacturing partners.
• Take responsibility for lab organization and management to ensure an efficient and effective testing environment.

• Drive hardware development from concepts (PRD) to requirements (TRD), through all validation stages (EVT/DVT), and into production (PVT/MP Ramp). You will manage the process using and implementing a formal gate process.
• Lead Program Execution: Drive and coordinate cross-functional teams including electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, firmware, software, and operations to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and Manage Project Plans: Create and maintain detailed, achievable project schedules using tools like Smartsheet (or MS Project). You will identify critical paths, manage dependencies, and drive the cross-functional team to balance risk when challenged by reality.
• Communicate and Collaborate: You will communicate effectively across the organization to ensure alignment and transparency, serving as the primary point of communication for all stakeholders and working closely with external vendors and partners.
