• Lead the end-to-end design experience across Nanit's hardware-software ecosystem, ensuring cohesion across the app, device, and subscription touchpoints as the product line expands

• Own and drive Nanit’s global people strategy, serving as a strategic partner to the Chief Legal & Administrative Officer and executive leadership team on all matters related to talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness
• Design and scale global people programs that drive employee engagement, recognition, retention, and a high-performance culture across all geographies
• Build and continuously improve the full employee lifecycle experience – onboarding, development, performance, and offboarding

VP, People

Product Manager

• Own the long-term hardware roadmap across cameras, accessories, smart textiles and new product launches, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and commercial opportunity.
• Write PRDs, feature specs, and tradeoff analyses for new hardware products and SKUs. Make build vs. buy calls and prioritize feature sets in close collaboration with hardware engineering and industrial design.
• Ensure new hardware integrates seamlessly across Nanit’s platform while helping shape simple, cohesive experiences for families over time.
• Define product structure, including SKUs and bundles, and partner on positioning, pricing, and launch strategy across retail, e-commerce, and DTC channels.
• Lead product development in close partnership with Hardware Engineering Team (electrical, mechanical, firmware), software, and algorithms to ensure alignment from concept through build phase, and mass production.
• Partner with Finance to manage COGS and margin targets. Monitor sell-through, inventory health, and category performance to inform roadmap decisions.
• Use customer research, behavioral data, hardware benchmarking, and market trends to identify white space and shape the next generation of Nanit products.
• Make end-of-life calls on aging products and migrate users to new offerings without disrupting the existing experience.

Senior Product Manager, Hardware

Supply Chain

• Act as the primary liaison with select overseas manufacturers, managing daily communications and maintaining strong relationships
• Monitor production schedules, identify potential delays, and escalating risks to cross function and leadership teams
• Ensure that overseas vendors receive clear and accurate shipping instructions
• Coordinate shipping logistics, including booking freight, confirming documentation, and ensuring timely PO pick-ups and deliveries
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure raw material and componentry availability to support procurement timelines and avoid production disruptions
• Enter and manage manufacturer purchase orders in NetSuite and ensure alignment across internal systems
• Adjust production schedules as needed to balance inventory availability with demand, minimizing excess and aged stock

• Manage country-specific registrations and documentation requirements for global distribution.
• Oversee Declarations of Conformity, Technical Files, and compliance documentation retention.
• Embed regulatory requirements into product development and change management processes.
• Conduct regulatory risk assessments for new products and product modifications.
• Review labeling, packaging, user manuals, BOMs, and marketing claims for compliance alignment.

Global Product Safety & Compliance Manager

Business Operations

• Lead delivery of high impact 2026 systems initiatives, owning full cycle management from discovery and requirements gathering through UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and final deployment
• Monitor and maintain system health across NetSuite, Celigo, Shopify, 3PL integrations, and Logicbroker, ensuring accurate data flow and seamless order processing
• Run weekly technical sprints with third party developers, prioritizing backlogs and removing blockers to ensure on-time roadmap execution
• Partner cross functionally with Supply Chain, Finance and Sales Teams to translate business pain points into clear technical specifications, while managing stakeholder expectations against roadmap priorities
