Product Manager

• In partnership with the Sr. Director of Growth, manage the end-to-end DTC shopping experience on nanit.com
• Drive e-commerce performance through funnel optimization, A/B testing, UX improvements, and Shopify platform management
• Manage the Shopify platform and third-party integrations, identifying new opportunities to enhance customer experience and business performance
• Lead the ecommerce side of new product launches, including landing pages, pre-order flows, launch-day experience, and post-launch optimization.
• Evolve subscription strategy end-to-end: conversion, pricing, packaging, and plan tiers, with a clear point of view on how each lever ladders up to LTV
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and revenue expansion within the existing subscriber base
• Develop product-led growth initiatives that turn Nanit’s engaged parent community into scalable acquisition and retention engine through referrals, reviews, UGC, gifting, and community driven experiences
• Define and track KPIs across the full funnel: site traffic, conversion rate, AOV, subscription attach rate, churn, retention, and LTV
• Translate customer insights, experimentation, and data into actionable roadmaps.
• Collaborate cross functionally with engineering, design, data, marketing, and customer success to deliver high-impact customer experiences and timely product delivery
• Stay current on trends in DTC ecommerce, subscriptions, and connected device monetization.
• Communicate product updates, performance, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Product Designer

• Lead the end-to-end design experience across Nanit's hardware-software ecosystem, ensuring cohesion across the app, device, and subscription touchpoints as the product line expands
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring that user needs and preferences are prioritized
• Lead the design of mobile applications, ensuring intuitive and seamless user experiences across iOS and Android platforms
• Partner closely with the Product Team to design the subscription experience - feature gating, upgrade flows, onboarding, and long-term retention
• Contribute to product design strategy at the leadership level - bringing a comprehensive design system and perspective to roadmap decisions and new category development
• Scale and maintain a mature design system that ensures consistency, speed, and quality as Nanit grows its product surface area
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive design culture, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and effectively communicating design concepts and rationale
• Lead and grow a team of product designers, establishing a strong design culture, clear craft standards, and a high-performance environment
• Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in product design, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve.

• Own and drive Nanit’s global people strategy, serving as a strategic partner to the Chief Legal & Administrative Officer and executive leadership team on all matters related to talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness
• Design and scale global people programs that drive employee engagement, recognition, retention, and a high-performance culture across all geographies
• Build and continuously improve the full employee lifecycle experience – onboarding, development, performance, and offboarding
• Lead organizational design and workforce planning efforts that enable Nanit to scale effectively, including defining team structures, reporting lines, spans of control, and headcount planning across the global organization
• Build and own Nanit’s global compensation and benefits philosophy and framework, including market benchmarking, salary bands, incentive structures, and total rewards programs; administer equity and option plans
• Serve as the senior employee relations leader, providing guidance and HR leadership across all employee matters globally, and coaching managers on performance, career development, and feedback
• Oversee all HR operations and compliance globally, including HRIS, PEO management, payroll, benefits administration, and policy management across all markets where Nanit operates
• Lead the annual performance management and compensation planning cycle, ensuring rigor, fairness, and alignment to business priorities across the global organization
• Lead and develop the global talent acquisition function to attract, hire, and retain exceptional talent, with a focus on building diverse, high-performing teams and delivering an outstanding candidate experience
• Champion Nanit’s culture and values by acting as a trusted HRBP to senior leaders – providing coaching, facilitating difficult conversations, and ensuring that people decisions reflect our commitment to an inclusive, high-trust workplace where every employee can do their best work
