About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • In partnership with the Sr. Director of Growth, manage the end-to-end DTC shopping experience on nanit.com
  • Drive e-commerce performance through funnel optimization, A/B testing, UX improvements, and Shopify platform management
  • Manage the Shopify platform and third-party integrations, identifying new opportunities to enhance customer experience and business performance
  • Lead the ecommerce side of new product launches, including landing pages, pre-order flows, launch-day experience, and post-launch optimization.
  • Evolve subscription strategy end-to-end: conversion, pricing, packaging, and plan tiers, with a clear point of view on how each lever ladders up to LTV
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and revenue expansion within the existing subscriber base
  • Develop product-led growth initiatives that turn Nanit’s engaged parent community into scalable acquisition and retention engine through referrals, reviews, UGC, gifting, and community driven experiences
  • Define and track KPIs across the full funnel: site traffic, conversion rate, AOV, subscription attach rate, churn, retention, and LTV
  • Translate customer insights, experimentation, and data into actionable roadmaps.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with engineering, design, data, marketing, and customer success to deliver high-impact customer experiences and timely product delivery
  • Stay current on trends in DTC ecommerce, subscriptions, and connected device monetization.
  • Communicate product updates, performance, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ yrs of product management experience, in ecommerce/DTC and/or subscription product companies
  • Experience at a consumer hardware, connected device, or hardware + software/subscription company is strongly preferred (e.g., baby tech, wearables, connected home, health/wellness devices).
  • Deep data fluency: comfortable with analytics tools (building dashboards, running experiments, and translating data into strategy.
  • Experience with Shopify and the modern DTC stack (e.g., Klaviyo, Attentive, Yotpo, Recharge, Cordial, FiveTran).
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator - effective at working with marketing, growth, engineering, design, ops, and customer success, especially in areas with shared ownership
  • Excellent prioritization instincts. Comfortable managing a broad scope with lean resources and making smart tradeoffs for maximum impact.
  • Clear communicator - equally comfortable presenting a roadmap to leadership and writing detailed user stories for engineering.
