Agent

• Responsible for moving air cargo within designated warehouse.
• Load and unload cargo from pallets and containers.
• Build up cargo for outbound flights.
• Break down cargo from import flights.
• Facilitate the loading and unloading of cargo to and from semitrucks.
• May operate basic cargo handling equipment such as forklift, aircraft pallets and pallet jacks.
• Check freight for proper piece count, weight, dimensions and documents as appropriate when accepting or delivering cargo.
• May transport cargo to and from aircraft driving 3,000 lb. vehicle using depth perception to negotiate vehicle with attached carts through congested area.

• While performing aircraft push-out and/or towing functions, engage in proper specific ground to cockpit communication via hand signals and voice commands, with and without, the assistance of sight or visual aids.

Air Cargo Warehouse Agent

Supervisor

• Supervise passenger service agents during check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and arrival processes

Manager

• The work of Manager-on-Duty includes directing supervisory personnel within assigned functional area; overseeing and advising on staffing requirements; monitor/administer discipline/corrective action by or for subordinates; ensuring customer satisfaction by daily feedback; acting as liaison between first level supervisor and upper management.
• Proactively monitors the work of assigned employees to ensure that customer satisfaction, safety, security, quality and employee relations meet or exceed standards.
• Maintain and control all required aspects of the operation in accordance with the corporate security program and TSA legislation.
• Ensure that the required company audit requirements are undertaken to ensure continuity and compliance at all times.
• Read, understand and clarify the implementation of the site-specific security plan and ensure that all WFS staff are issued with a relevant company ID and that they are required to display this identity badge.

Manager on Duty

• Provide leadership and direction to General Managers and operational teams across multiple stations
• Oversee day-to-day station operations to ensure efficient use of equipment, facilities, and personnel
• Analyze operational and financial data to drive profitability and improve performance
• Develop and enforce company policies and safety standards, ensuring compliance with TSA, FAA, CBP, and local regulations
• Review and approve capital expenditures, equipment procurement, and site security plans
• Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning and policy development
• Investigate and resolve internal and external complaints in a timely, fair manner
• Support business development initiatives and strengthen customer relationships within the region

Regional Manager

• The Lead Agent Cargo is responsible for aspects of the Agent Cargo position (as described below) as well as the following: The maintenance of a satisfactory quantity and quality of work by assigned personnel, explaining and demonstrating work procedures and methods including safety, apportioning and scheduling assigned work, observing and analyzing the methods used and the results achieved, bring problems to the attention of management and assist management in the utilization of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Remain cognizant of WFS staff, security contractors, and visitors’ activities and report security breaches, suspicious occurrences, or non-compliance with the site security plan to managers or via the WFS whistleblower program.
• Comply with WFS site security procedures for assigned warehouse and other operations.
• Perform work according to Company rules and regulations.
• The work of Agent Cargo includes computer data entry; prepares all flight documents; interfaces with U.S. Customs; prepares all import and export documentation, and accepts/distributes cargo in accordance with applicable air carrier and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
• Compiles lists of customers for use as sales leads. Solicits orders or talks with customers to complete sales.
• Quotes prices and terms and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained. Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of company's delivery schedules.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables. Read and interpret printed instructions; write legibly to complete forms/paperwork as required.
• Ability to work with different levels of management in communicating issues.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Lead Agent, Air Cargo

• Load and unload aircraft of cargo weighing up to 70 lbs. in and out of aircraft within confined cargo areas.
• Transport cargo to and from aircraft driving 3,000 lb. vehicle using depth perception.
• Engage in push-out of aircraft driving 80,000 lb. vehicle or assist by providing guide function to driver.
• Read "off-load" sheets to determine destination of cargo.
• Engage in proper specific ground to cockpit communication via hand signals and voice commands.

• Ability to handle the stress of a fast-paced eight-hour shift.
• Ability to drive all cargo handling equipment.
• Prepare documentation prior to flight arrival or flight departure, review, organize, make copies and distribute accordingly.
• Travel to Airport Operational Area (AOA) to meet flight upon arrival or departure of flight to retrieve or drop off flight documents.
• Notify Broker or Freight Forwarder on the Master Airway Bill (MAWB) of shipment’s arrival at warehouse facility or on hold.
• Provide assistance to customers arriving to retrieve their documents and freight.
• Collect appropriate charges and document method of payment.
• Process “Customs Out” (proof of delivery) for every transaction before the customer’s departure.
• Assist in completion of MAWBS for over-the-counter shipments.
• Confirm all bookings are accepted
• Confirm TSA mandatory screening.
• Data capture AWB information into airline system(s).
• Manifest flight based on information received from the warehouse.
• Print flight manifest, cargo pallet message, deadload and NOTOC and deliver to the aircraft.
• Verify post flight inventory with documents on hand.
• File maintenance of all pertinent documents and records.
• Prepare various reports (Irregularity, Weekly Import and/or Export Statistics)
• Answer incoming calls and responds to emails.

Air Cargo Office Agent

General

• Performs safe and efficient cargo duties through direction, coordination, observation, and hands-on assistance while handling the operation.
• Ensures all duties performed by assigned personnel are completed in the most efficient and professional manner.
• Performs export cargo build-up, import/export cargo tracing, forklift operation, monitors the utilization of dock offload/loading, and completes warehouse cargo inventory assessments.
• Prepares import/export flight documentation, accepts/distributes cargo in accordance with applicable air carrier and Department of Transportation regulations, provides outstanding customer service to resolve customer issues.
• Ensures the compliance of all ramp safety regulations, performs loading/un-loading of aircraft, performs visual Foreign Object Debris (FOD) checks and checks of aircraft condition before and after loading, operates ramp equipment, and coordinates the transporting of cargo between terminals and aircraft.
• Comply with all WFS safety and security policies and procedures, and all air carrier TSA Security Programs.
• Never participate in fraudulent activities with regard to safety and security.
• Remain aware of WFS staff, contractors, and visitors’ activities.
• Report security breaches, suspicious occurrences, or non-compliances with security processes or procedures, including access controls, badging, and security screening to the Manager or through the WFS reporting system, Pulse, or through the Company “See Something, Say Something” Program.
• Serves as a technical operational expert coordinating the safe and efficient movement of cargo, addressing both warehouse and ramp needs simultaneously.
• Is responsible for providing insight on the staffing structure and tasks needed to ensure on-time, safe, and high-quality delivery. Assignments may vary by customer. Employees will be assigned a primary assignment and can expect to support other customers based on their training and experience.

Air Cargo Warehouse Operational Specialist – Forklift Experience Required

• loading and unloading of cargo (mail, express freight, and company material) on and off aircraft
• the transporting of cargo between terminals and aircraft
• the ramp transfers of cargo where required
• the receiving, delivering, and physical handling of freight and company material
• export at the designated express docks, mail and the completion of forms and messages related to and necessary for the performance of the designated locations of the functions described
• Must be able to perform the functions in variable weather and environmental conditions
• Load and unload aircraft of cargo weighing up to 70 lbs. in and out of aircraft within confined cargo areas

• Driving vehicles with gross weights of 3,000 to 80,000 lbs. in areas congested with aircraft, moving and stationary vehicles and equipment as well as positioning vehicle up to aircraft requiring depth perception and the ability to distinguish colors
• Engage in push-out of aircraft driving 80,000 lb. vehicle or assist by providing guide function to driver using depth perception in congested areas or speaking to cockpit during push-back procedure

Air Cargo Ramp Agent

• Cognitive skills to check condition, clean, sort, count, salvage and/or store equipment, and assemble kits.
• Operate vacuum cleaner and similar mechanized cleaning aids.
• Cognitive skills to check deliveries of supplies against requisitions to determine discrepancies.
• Performing aircraft interior cleaning, including equipping the aircraft cabin for flight according to specifications, with equipment and cabin services supplies.

Aircraft Appearance Agent

Clerk

• Marshall aircraft upon arrival and departure.
• Load and unload cargo on and off aircraft.
