About the role
- Be the primary point of contact for a select group of top-tier clients, building trust and delivering personalized support.
- Ensure every trip is executed flawlessly, from planning to post-flight follow-up.
- Provide consultative guidance on Trip Support services, including flight planning, permits, fuel, and ground handling.
- Identify opportunities to expand service usage and deepen client engagement.
- Work cross-functionally with operations teams and lead presentations to clients as needed.
- Provide after-hours and weekend support when required.
- Occasionally travel to meet clients and represent World Fuel Services at industry events.
Requirements
- 5–15 years in aviation operations or trip support (or equivalent experience).
- Proven success in client retention, issue resolution, and relationship management.
- Strong understanding of flight planning, meteorology, and international logistics.
- Confident, diplomatic, and persuasive communication—especially under pressure.
- Works well across departments and levels, with a collaborative mindset.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
