Financial Planning and Analysis

• Assist in preparing financial analyses and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and consistency in methodologies and deliverables
• Support the maintenance and updating of financial models, including integrating updated historical data into monthly forecasts

Investment Associate – Financial Forecast

Manager

• This is a remote Contract/Consultant position; working hours 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan records, supervise data entry, reconcile payments, manage ACH submissions, migrations/conversions, loan fundings, and payment processing.

• Lead preparation and approval process for loan amendments ensuring compliance.
• Perform and oversee daily audits of loan records and maintain data integrity.
• Develop/maintain processes to minimize credit and operational risks (insurance and legal documentation).

• Assist in preparation of investment and management reports; collaborate with IT/software providers to optimize platforms.
