Billing Specialist

• Prepare, verify and send invoices in accordance with contractual terms and revenue recognition rules;
• Collaborate with Sales and RevOps teams to ensure invoice accuracy for new agreements, renewals and credits;
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments;
• Properly apply incoming payments (bank transfer, card, check, etc.) and resolve discrepancies;
• Manage client onboarding administration: vendor forms, portals, POs, etc.;
• Ensure data is updated in ERP and CRM systems;
• Maintain compliant documentation and keep records audit-ready.

• Own a portfolio of small, medium, and large accounts throughout their entire lifecycle;
• Build consultative relationships and proactively guide customers from onboarding to adoption, expansion, and renewal;
• Identify and close expansion opportunities (seat upgrades, cross-sell, Pro/Enterprise packaging);
• Uncover customer needs early using product usage data, engagement signals, and strategic discovery;
• Coordinate with Technical Support, Product, and RevOps to align on customer outcomes and address risks;

• Improve First Time Experiences to maximize customer activation and time-to-value;
• Drive conversion-focused growth initiatives across key funnels;
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, UX, marketing, sales, and channel teams;
• Incorporate partner and reseller needs into scalable platform solutions;
• Define and monitor key success metrics tied to business outcomes;
• Contribute to product discovery through continuous user and market insights.

Senior Product Manager – ShareGate Platform

• Design, develop, and maintain fullstack features using C# .NET and React
• Work closely with the Product Manager and Product Designer to turn requirements into concrete solutions
• Work with SQL databases, primarily PostgreSQL, including data modeling and query optimization
• Contribute to architectural decisions and development best practices
• Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and continuous improvements
• Actively participate in the team’s product and technical discussions.

Developer II – ShareGate Protect

• Design, develop, and maintain fullstack features using C# .NET and React;
