• Administration and key-user function for the BI tool "Board"
• Creation, delivery and ongoing development of reports for various business units
• Weekly monitoring of central KPIs (e.g., order intake, performance, Net Working Capital) and consolidation at group level
• Preparation of financial reports for internal recipients (management, sales, plant management) and external stakeholders (e.g., banks)
• Participation in sales planning and derivation of key planning and performance metrics
• Support in the budgeting and forecasting process
• Responsibility for cost-center planning and hourly rate determination, including monitoring
• Contribution to the continuous improvement of controlling processes and reporting standards

Account Executive

• Responsible for the entire sales cycle (discovery, demo, proposal, closing)
• Build and expand your own customer pipeline
• Conduct product demos and negotiate with decision-makers
• Work closely with SDRs to hand off and further qualify leads
• Maintain CRM and perform forecasting (Senior)
• Help shape sales strategies and processes, and provide mentoring where applicable

• Responsibility for the entire sales cycle (Discovery, Demo, Proposal, Closing)

• Responsibility for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, as well as cash-flow and liquidity management
• Build, develop and automate finance & operations processes
• Prepare reports, analyses and decision-making materials for management
• Operational involvement in pricing setups and payment processes (e.g., with Stripe or similar tools)
• Close collaboration with external partners (tax advisors, banks, etc.)
• Active role in scaling a lean, tech-driven finance organization
