About the role
- Responsibility for the entire sales cycle (Discovery, Demo, Proposal, Closing)
- Building and developing your own customer pipeline
- Conducting product demos and negotiating at decision‑maker level
- Close collaboration with SDRs for handover and further qualification of leads
- CRM maintenance and forecasting (Senior)
- Shaping sales strategies and processes, and potentially mentoring
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally in a software or SaaS environment (level-dependent)
- Proven ability to close deals and a structured approach to the sales cycle
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Goal-oriented with an ownership mindset and strong negotiation skills
- Very good German and good English
