About the role
- Responsibility for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, as well as cash-flow and liquidity management
- Build, develop and automate finance & operations processes
- Prepare reports, analyses and decision-making materials for management
- Operational involvement in pricing setups and payment processes (e.g., with Stripe or similar tools)
- Close collaboration with external partners (tax advisors, banks, etc.)
- Active role in scaling a lean, tech-driven finance organization
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Controlling or equivalent
- 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in a finance role, ideally in a fast-paced environment (B2B SaaS / Tech)
- Strong technical affinity and an interest in building and automating processes yourself (e.g., with n8n or similar tools)
- Experience with Stripe or comparable payment/pricing systems is a plus
- Analytical, structured mindset and a high degree of ownership
- Very good German and good English skills
