Administration and key-user function for the BI tool "Board"
Creation, delivery and ongoing development of reports for various business units
Weekly monitoring of central KPIs (e.g., order intake, performance, Net Working Capital) and consolidation at group level
Preparation of financial reports for internal recipients (management, sales, plant management) and external stakeholders (e.g., banks)
Participation in sales planning and derivation of key planning and performance metrics
Support in the budgeting and forecasting process
Responsibility for cost-center planning and hourly rate determination, including monitoring
Contribution to the continuous improvement of controlling processes and reporting standards

Requirements

Degree in business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
3–5 years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP FI/CO or S/4HANA) and BI tools (e.g., "Board")
Confident user of MS Excel
Strong analytical skills, structured working style and high numerical aptitude
Strong communication skills and assertiveness
Very good German language skills; English skills are an advantage
