About the role
- Responsible for the entire sales cycle (discovery, demo, proposal, closing)
- Build and expand your own customer pipeline
- Conduct product demos and negotiate with decision-makers
- Work closely with SDRs to hand off and further qualify leads
- Maintain CRM and perform forecasting (Senior)
- Help shape sales strategies and processes, and provide mentoring where applicable
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally in a software or SaaS environment (level-dependent)
- Proven closing ability and a structured approach to the sales cycle
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Goal-oriented with an ownership mindset and strong negotiation skills
- Very good German and good English
