Solutions Engineer

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of enterprise automation solutions across RPA and intelligent automation platforms
• Own the technical architecture from discovery through deployment, working closely with business stakeholders, developers, and infrastructure teams
• Design end-to-end automation architecture — process assessment, solution design, infrastructure planning, and deployment strategy
• Lead technical implementation across UiPath, Power Automate, and Blue Prism, selecting the right tool based on use case, scalability, and client landscape
• Define architecture standards, reusable frameworks, and coding/design best practices across automation teams
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical due diligence for complex automation initiatives
• Design solutions integrating RPA with APIs, databases, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
• Own non-functional requirements: scalability, security, exception handling, logging, and disaster recovery
• Guide developers through solution design documents (SDD), PDD reviews, and code/architecture reviews
• Manage bot orchestration, licensing, environment setup (dev/test/prod), and CI/CD pipelines for automation deployment
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Provide technical governance, risk mitigation, and escalation support across the automation program
• Mentor RPA developers and support capability building within the team

RPA Solution Architect

• Your specific duties will be based on your experience as Solutions Architect (UiPath), and you will be an extended part of the client’s technical team, ensuring automation solutions are running effectively.
• In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering UiPath solutions in accordance with WonderBotz standards and best practices.
• You will work closely with our enthusiastic business and technical specialists team.
• You will be part of a fast-growing and successful team that helps our clients get the maximum benefit.
• Conduct Architectural Evaluation, Design and Analysis of Client Enterprise-wide systems.
• Ensure RPA Implementation Team delivers robust system solution to Client Operations.
• Develop, Enhance and Maintain established service design procedure and process to assure apt and robust Solution.
• Work closely with Client Enterprise Architect within Architecture Services team to assure Constant compliance of Client’s strategic blueprints and architecture.
• Head responsibility for ongoing suggestions and best practices for UiPath Client Implementations, Custom Solutions, Product Support, and above all the UiPath Enterprise Platform itself.
• Collaborate with IT development team to assure architectural solution could be suitably translated into effectual and robust implementation.
• Identify customer requirements, analyse alternatives, and conduct solution recommendations related to software, platform, and network configurations.
• Assist Sales and Pre-Sales team in their client conversations in order ensure maximum conversions and high-quality dialogue.
• Plan, design, and execute complex UiPath Internal and Client Solution Configurations.
• Ensure testing assistance and guidance to Implementation Team.
• Prepare and present test plan, Solution Design, technical presentations, analyst briefings plus white papers to respond to different Custom Solution deliverables.

Solutions Architect – UiPath

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's vision for its RPA, AI, and Automation Services portfolio, including SaaS and BPO solutions.
• Identify, qualify, nurture, and close new logo opportunities across SaaS, BPO, and Automation segments by leveraging existing sales and marketing channels.
• Build client-centric proposal responses (RFI/PQQ/RFP/ITT/RFQ) aligned to defined win themes and value propositions.
