Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze complex business processes using Celonis
Uncover insights, identify bottlenecks, and drive operational improvements
Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and process owners
Deliver actionable recommendations that enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Design, develop, and maintain process mining analyses using Celonis
Analyze event logs and transactional data to identify process deviations
Create comprehensive process models and dashboards
Conduct root cause analysis and develop data-driven recommendations
Prepare executive-level presentations and reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
Proven experience with process mining tools (Celonis experience is highly valued)
Strong understanding of business processes and process optimization methodologies
Proficiency in SQL and data analysis; experience with Python or R is a plus
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical audiences.
