About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage end-to-end delivery of automation and digital transformation projects.
- Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Conduct governance meetings, status reviews, and project reporting with leadership and customers.
- Ensure adherence to Agile / Scrum / Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Manage resource allocation, effort estimation, and delivery planning.
- Drive stakeholder communication and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support implementation of Intelligent Automation and Document Processing solutions.
- Collaborate with solution architects and developers to ensure successful solution delivery.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in Project Management within IT / Automation project
- Strong experience in managing enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and delivery governance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously
