About the role

  • Prospecting: Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels. Qualify leads in line with Wolf & Badger values and commercial criteria.
  • Acquiring brands: Schedule and coordinate discovery calls. Lead intro calls with prospective brands and share platform information. Manage brand communications and follow-ups. Own the day-to-day use of HubSpot CRM to manage pipeline status, contact records, and task reminders.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the onboarding of portfolio brands, ensuring a fast, seamless process that enables brands to go live and immediately see value on the Wolf & Badger platform, from approval to activation.
  • Experience Management: Optimise and manage internal processes including onboarding schedules, CRM records, payment tracking, and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Support, Marketing, and Product) to streamline handovers and brand experience. Maintain consistent, clear, and timely communications with brand prospects throughout the process.
  • Relationship Management: Check-in regularly and gather feedback from your portfolio of US & Canada brands and work cross-functionally with internal teams to address any concerns and improve the overall brand experience.
  • Promotion and Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and events teams to identify opportunities for brand promotion, such as participating in marketing campaigns, events, and in-store pop-ups to help drive the success of your brands.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Community, Ops, Marketing and Retail teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration on in-store activations, organic marketing opportunities and special events, including providing hands-on ad hoc support for brands at New York in-store events (this may include occasional evening or weekend work).
  • Survey Engagement: Actively engage with brands following any negative NPS submissions or operational escalations (e.g., Trust & Quality issues), working to address concerns and improve satisfaction in collaboration with wider teams.
  • Churn Management: actively and proactively addressing brand churn through prioritising success for brands at risk of leaving, and actively leaving. Find relevant data, flag brands at risk and support on proactively engaging on calls in order to retain those brands. Handling pause and cancel requests within your portfolio, aiming to save brands and retain relationships.
  • Upselling: Present brands with marketing packages, retail media and physical store add-ons in order to provide them with opportunities relevant to their stage of growth and development on the Wolf & Badger platform.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years experience in a sales, partnerships, or a customer-facing role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • First-class written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows and timelines with precision
  • Self-starter mindset with a proactive, solutions-driven approach
  • Target-oriented and commission-motivated, with a drive to exceed KPIs
  • A natural rapport builder, able to confidently represent our brand to partners
  • A genuine interest in ethical retail, sustainability, and emerging brands
  • Existing knowledge of HubSpot or a similar CRM is a bonus, but not required
