Account Manager

• Lead and own the end-to-end acquisition strategy and execution for the US market, designing data-driven approaches that drive consistent, ambitious growth in new brand partnerships
• Manage and optimize a sophisticated pipeline of 100-120+ active prospects in HubSpot, conducting 8-10 qualified brand conversations daily through consultative, value-led sales approach that reflects our mission and values
• Shape US category mix and brand selection criteria, identifying strategic opportunities in fashion, beauty, home, and jewelry that align with our B Corp values and drive sustainable revenue growth
• Build and strengthen relationships with high-value and hero brands, leading strategic partnership development that elevates Wolf & Badger's market position in the independent retail space
• Manage, develop, and empower the US-based brands team (currently an Associate and a Success Manager), ensuring seamless acquisition-to-retention handoff and designing processes that maximize brand satisfaction and long-term partnership value
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for direct reports, fostering a high-performing team culture aligned with Wolf & Badger's mission and values
• Lead US market insights and competitive intelligence, tracking performance against ambitious targets and providing regular strategic updates to senior leadership on market trends, category opportunities, and acquisition performance

Senior Brand Acquisition – Partnerships Manager

Account Executive

• Prospecting: Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels. Qualify leads in line with Wolf & Badger values and commercial criteria.
• Acquiring brands: Schedule and coordinate discovery calls. Lead intro calls with prospective brands and share platform information. Manage brand communications and follow-ups. Own the day-to-day use of HubSpot CRM to manage pipeline status, contact records, and task reminders.
• Portfolio Management: Oversee the onboarding of portfolio brands, ensuring a fast, seamless process that enables brands to go live and immediately see value on the Wolf & Badger platform, from approval to activation.
• Experience Management: Optimise and manage internal processes including onboarding schedules, CRM records, payment tracking, and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Support, Marketing, and Product) to streamline handovers and brand experience. Maintain consistent, clear, and timely communications with brand prospects throughout the process.
• Relationship Management: Check-in regularly and gather feedback from your portfolio of US & Canada brands and work cross-functionally with internal teams to address any concerns and improve the overall brand experience.
• Promotion and Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and events teams to identify opportunities for brand promotion, such as participating in marketing campaigns, events, and in-store pop-ups to help drive the success of your brands.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Community, Ops, Marketing and Retail teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration on in-store activations, organic marketing opportunities and special events, including providing hands-on ad hoc support for brands at New York in-store events (this may include occasional evening or weekend work).
• Survey Engagement: Actively engage with brands following any negative NPS submissions or operational escalations (e.g., Trust & Quality issues), working to address concerns and improve satisfaction in collaboration with wider teams.
• Churn Management: actively and proactively addressing brand churn through prioritising success for brands at risk of leaving, and actively leaving. Find relevant data, flag brands at risk and support on proactively engaging on calls in order to retain those brands. Handling pause and cancel requests within your portfolio, aiming to save brands and retain relationships.
• Upselling: Present brands with marketing packages, retail media and physical store add-ons in order to provide them with opportunities relevant to their stage of growth and development on the Wolf & Badger platform.

• Wolf & Badger is on a mission to make retail fair. Working to support our community of 2000+ independent designers from around the globe, we connect customers with ethically sourced fashion, design, home, and beauty through our online marketplace and flagship stores in London, New York City, and Los Angeles. We are a rapidly growing scale-up business, now entering an exciting new phase of growth and looking to expand our team of c.120 people currently located between London, New York, and Los Angeles. • You will work 3-4 days per week, which may include one or both weekend days, subject to the rota. This role is ideal for people who are personable and skilled in sales, with a generous commission applied.
• The successful candidate will be the ultimate brand ambassador for Wolf & Badger in increasing brand awareness, driving sales, and handling relationships with customers and brands. The successful candidate will be confident in handling relationships both in-person and via digital channels.
• Note that this is a retail role and will therefore include work on weekends, some public holidays, and varied start and end times.
• Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Develop and nurture customer relationships to drive sales and ensure repeat business.
• Educate customers on the Wolf & Badger concept and key selling points for each of our community of brands
• Deliver the highest level of customer service
• Provide styling advice and drive multi-item transactions
• Engage in visual merchandising of displays, and ensure the store is maintained and in pristine condition at all times

• Deliver exceptional customer service through the help desk platform (Dixa).
