About the role

  • Responsible for new business development in a highly productive, sales-driven environment
  • Work closely with experienced sales professionals to learn the ropes of the industry
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Establish relationships with potential clients
  • Assist in the sales process through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, in-person, and networking opportunities
  • Assist in developing and presenting sales proposals tailored to client needs
  • Collaborate with the sales team to manage accounts and follow up on leads
  • Utilize CRM systems to track and manage customer relationships
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge

Requirements

  • Must be a hunter!
  • College graduate with two-to-five-years B2B sales experience
  • Demonstrated track record of success (2 full calendar years, i.e. 105% of sales goal via scorecard or sales dashboard)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Outgoing, dynamic personality
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A self-motivated individual with a desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment
  • Can-do attitude that loves to compete and be challenged
  • Strong skill set for prospecting and developing a territory
  • Must be able to generate 250+ sales activities a week
  • CRM experience to include strong data entry and organization of sales data
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required
