Directs the efforts of a team in the design, development, implementation, and support of IT applications and projects
Takes holistic ownership of digital services portfolio from innovation through implementation, operations and support
Coordinates with business stakeholders to deliver on business requirements
Plans initiatives and projects, establishes priorities and monitors progress for timely deliveries
Acts as team leader or project manager and establishes common goals and direction
Evaluates status and resource utilization and implements changes to improve team effectiveness
Coordinates with other managers and digital peers to integrate projects with applications and initiatives
Makes fiscally responsible decisions delivering continuous value realization on investments
Prepares reports and presentations and coordinates communication between peers, team, business owners and management
Oversees career development, performance management, pay determination and team communication
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration OR High School Diploma/GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience
Six (6) years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement)
Leadership and team management experience; direct supervision of staff
Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, FreshService or similar ITSM tools
Knowledge of IT Operations Management and IT Asset Management solutions
