About the role

  • Responsible for construction, building and commissioning on customer site from site mobilization through civil, erection and commissioning work
  • Manage departmental operations planning/execution or focus on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline
  • Serve as site manager responsible for entire scope of site activities during ITO and/or OTR phase, acting under direction of overall project leader
  • Lead site team and manage execution of project scope; may manage multiple sites
  • Ensure schedule, quality and cost compliance with contractual obligations, company policy and local regulations
  • Direct people management including staffing and performance development
  • Utilize in-depth technical knowledge, analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy
  • Modify procedures and practices as needed while meeting standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness)
  • Act as resource for colleagues, may lead small low-risk projects, explain information and develop team consensus
  • Convey performance expectations and handle sensitive issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college OR high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)
  • Minimum of 3 years of advanced experience in the Project Management & Site Management
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
  • Established project management skills
  • Direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development
  • Knowledge of technical discipline, analytical thinking, and ability to execute policy/strategy
  • Ability to ensure schedule, quality and cost are in compliance with contractual obligations, company policy and local regulations
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of a drug screen (as applicable)
