💰 $100,000 - $133,900 per year
About the role
- Responsible for construction, building and commissioning on customer site from site mobilization through civil, erection and commissioning work
- Manage departmental operations planning/execution or focus on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline
- Serve as site manager responsible for entire scope of site activities during ITO and/or OTR phase, acting under direction of overall project leader
- Lead site team and manage execution of project scope; may manage multiple sites
- Ensure schedule, quality and cost compliance with contractual obligations, company policy and local regulations
- Direct people management including staffing and performance development
- Utilize in-depth technical knowledge, analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy
- Modify procedures and practices as needed while meeting standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness)
- Act as resource for colleagues, may lead small low-risk projects, explain information and develop team consensus
- Convey performance expectations and handle sensitive issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college OR high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)
- Minimum of 3 years of advanced experience in the Project Management & Site Management
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Established project management skills
- Direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development
- Knowledge of technical discipline, analytical thinking, and ability to execute policy/strategy
- Ability to ensure schedule, quality and cost are in compliance with contractual obligations, company policy and local regulations
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Successful completion of a drug screen (as applicable)
