About the role

  • Become familiar with client's business, goals, strategy, products, services, customers, competitive landscape, culture, processes, standards, and systems
  • Identify and prioritize client's training priorities and perform needs assessments and training effectiveness analysis
  • Develop holistic view of performance problems, identify root causes, and recommend training-based solutions and learning approaches
  • Consult with senior leaders and work groups to develop learning strategies to improve organizational performance
  • Design curriculums, programs, and learning solutions; develop training materials including e-learning, videos, participant and instructor guides, PowerPoint decks, and job aids
  • Manage multiple projects and perform advanced project management tasks including preparation of Statements of Work, risk management, resource and communication plans
  • Implement deployment of large training initiatives and prepare/execute change management plans including communications, stakeholder management, and measurement/evaluation
  • Conduct post-training analysis to determine effectiveness and ROI; generate training reports and analyze training-related metrics
  • Develop working relationships with internal clients, field users, and subject matter experts; lead and facilitate team planning activities
  • Communicate regularly with internal clients to manage rollout and gather feedback on program effectiveness
  • Provide program delivery and facilitation for classroom and virtual synchronous learning when applicable
  • Provide support, coaching, mentorship, and direction to team members; review deliverables prior to client review

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or similar area of study OR High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience
  • Seven (7) years of prior work experience including experience managing a high-performance work team
  • Experience managing a high-performance work team
  • Building and managing systematic change programs
  • Planning and implementing programs to enhance productivity and quality of work
  • Knowledge and demonstrated understanding of adult learning styles and instructional design
  • Experience in assessing, delivering and measuring organizational effectiveness and training and development programs
  • Demonstrated experience in partnering with business/organizational leaders to translate business objectives into effective learning sessions and development programs
  • Strong consultant approach to client relationships
  • Ability to provide program delivery and facilitation for both classroom and virtual synchronous learning
  • Mentoring, coaching, and reviewing deliverables of team members
