Responsible for selling Maternal Infant Care equipment to new customers and maintaining relationships with existing accounts in the territory (Oklahoma and Western Kansas)
Covered products include GE fetal monitor, warmers, incubators and supporting equipment
Support customers post-sale to ensure continued success and growth
Utilize in-depth knowledge of territory, product lines, markets, sales processes, and customer groups to execute policy/strategy
Use judgment to propose solutions outside set parameters for complicated day-to-day problems
Prioritize information for decision making using technical experience and analytical thinking
Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience and may lead small low-risk projects
Explain information and develop skills to build team consensus
Convey performance expectations and handle sensitive issues
Requirements
Bachelors Degree & 5 years of experience; OR High School Diploma/GED & 8 years of experience; OR Bachelors Degree & a graduate of GE HealthCare CLP
Demonstrated experience presenting complex information both verbally and written to decision makers
Must live in the territory and be willing to travel within the territory
5 years capital sales experience and capital budget process knowledge (desired)
Prior sales experience within hospitals (desired)
Ideally experience within Labor and Delivery units and NICU (desired)
Experience working with clinical and biomedical stakeholders (desired)
