About the role

  • Lead AWS cloud projects from initiation to closure, defining scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules; track milestones, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
  • Collaborate with cloud architects, engineers, and developers to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable AWS infrastructure
  • Use AWS tools (EC2, S3, RDS) for deployment and monitoring; review and optimize existing cloud infrastructure
  • Communicate project status to clients and internal stakeholders; serve as primary liaison between technical teams and business units
  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to project team members; supervise staff and manage cross-functional teams
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards; maintain comprehensive documentation and lead process improvement initiatives

  • Preferred certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect / Cloud Practitioner; PMP; ITIL / ITSM; CSM
