About the role

  • Report directly to the WW VP of Public Sector Sales and drive expansion into the U.S. Civilian Federal market
  • Build and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategy across Department of Defense (DoD) and Civilian sectors
  • Lead and develop a high-performing federal sales team across Civilian sectors
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of Wiz Cloud Security Solutions and communicate value to federal customers
  • Identify new business opportunities within the U.S. Federal space and leverage understanding of federal acquisition processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, solutions engineering, and customer success teams
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to improve team efficiency and alignment with revenue goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the federal government
  • Stay informed on industry trends, compliance requirements, and procurement processes to guide strategy and execution

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in federal sales leadership, with a strong focus on the Civilian agencies
  • Proven track record of building and executing successful GTM strategies within the U.S. Federal market, driving significant revenue growth
  • Demonstrated success in leading a team of enterprise and major account executives focused on federal sales
  • In-depth knowledge of federal procurement processes, compliance (including FedRAMP), and acquisition lifecycles
  • Strong understanding of cloud security solutions and their applicability within federal environments
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive performance
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, with the capacity to influence both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and navigate complex sales cycles in the federal space
  • Candidates must meet EAR part 772 and ITAR 120.15 definition of a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or “protected person") and reside in the contiguous United States
  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based without the need for visa sponsorship
