Report directly to the WW VP of Public Sector Sales and drive expansion into the U.S. Civilian Federal market
Build and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategy across Department of Defense (DoD) and Civilian sectors
Lead and develop a high-performing federal sales team across Civilian sectors
Demonstrate deep knowledge of Wiz Cloud Security Solutions and communicate value to federal customers
Identify new business opportunities within the U.S. Federal space and leverage understanding of federal acquisition processes
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, solutions engineering, and customer success teams
Analyze sales performance metrics to improve team efficiency and alignment with revenue goals
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the federal government
Stay informed on industry trends, compliance requirements, and procurement processes to guide strategy and execution
Requirements
8+ years of experience in federal sales leadership, with a strong focus on the Civilian agencies
Proven track record of building and executing successful GTM strategies within the U.S. Federal market, driving significant revenue growth
Demonstrated success in leading a team of enterprise and major account executives focused on federal sales
In-depth knowledge of federal procurement processes, compliance (including FedRAMP), and acquisition lifecycles
Strong understanding of cloud security solutions and their applicability within federal environments
Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive performance
Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, with the capacity to influence both internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and navigate complex sales cycles in the federal space
Candidates must meet EAR part 772 and ITAR 120.15 definition of a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or “protected person") and reside in the contiguous United States
Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based without the need for visa sponsorship
