About the role
- Report to the VP of Public Sector Sales and spearhead growth with Federal Systems Integrators (Fed SIs)
- Lead and grow Fed SI-focused sales initiatives by developing and implementing tailored GTM strategies
- Build strong partnerships with Fed SIs to identify and pursue joint business opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with Fed SIs to ensure Wiz solutions align with their priorities and government requirements
- Leverage understanding of federal contracts, acquisition strategies, and teaming opportunities to secure favorable positions
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, solutions engineering, and customer success to deliver integrated sales approaches
- Use sales performance analytics to refine strategies and ensure alignment with federal market needs
- Foster executive-level relationships with key decision-makers at Fed SIs to position Wiz as preferred cloud security provider
- Monitor federal regulations and compliance (e.g., FedRAMP) to guide strategy and position Wiz solutions effectively
Requirements
- Extensive Civilian Government experience: 8+ years of sales leadership in the federal market
- Proven track record in developing and executing Fed SI GTM strategies
- Sales team leadership experience managing high-performing enterprise and strategic account teams
- In-depth knowledge of Fed SI relationships, procurement vehicles, and federal contracting processes
- Strong understanding of cloud security solutions and federal compliance requirements (including FedRAMP)
- Ability to cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships within Fed SIs and federal clients
- Skilled in navigating complex sales cycles and thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Candidates must meet EAR part 772 and ITAR 120.15 definition of a U.S. person and reside in the contiguous United States
