About the role

  • This role is remote in Canada; lead the insights and performance management products of Billing; define and build data products that deliver actionable billing performance insights for our customers.
  • Own the roadmap for all billing insights—subscription lifecycle, transaction flows, pay as you go, and invoiced customers
  • Partner with engineering to define product specifications, design features, and deliver new functionality to customers
  • Measure and monitor KPI performance for specific features.
  • Develop improvement plans for key KPI degradation.
  • Leverage internal KPIs to identify feature opportunities.
  • Prioritize features and develop quarterly priorities and annual backlog.
  • Partner with UX, Research, and Engineering on feature design.
  • Work with engineering during feature development to ensure feature objectives are maintained.
  • Develop A/B testing plan with analytics.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management or equivalent experience with technology, financial, or ecommerce company.
  • Discovery, building, and delivery of actionable data products for our customers to identify and activate revenue and risk optimization opportunities
  • Experience in one or more of the following: big data, machine learning, artificial intelligence, experimentation, data analytics
  • Experience using and delivering data analytics and visualization solutions to drive business insights.
  • Experience working in banking, retail finance, credit cards, payments, or consumer financial services.
  • Familiarity with best practices in fraud prevention and detection, Data Privacy, and PCI standards.
  • Basic technical background and understanding of software development principles.
  • Ability to build relationships cross-functionally with multiple teams and strong communication skills.
  • You will be an evangelist of our Insights products, and their impact to colleagues, customers, and partners
  • You will set a high bar in performance measurement quality and build a strong data-driven culture for our teams
