Requirements
7-10+ years in a product management role.
Proven track-record of success, delivering products that delight customers, achieving measurable commercial outcomes.
Deep technical understanding, curiosity and drive, and an ability to grasp technical concepts & establish credibility with engineers.
Strong analytical skills and an ability to make data-driven conclusions and set quantifiable goals for the team to drive towards.
Bias-to-action and a proven track-record of delivering outstanding results for customers & the business on tight timelines. Hands-on approach, writing detailed product specs and jumping on customer calls with the sales team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be comfortable presenting to customers, internal audiences, executives, etc. Should also feel very comfortable writing clear and concise strategy documents that will be reviewed at all levels of the organization.
Track record of thriving in selective, high-performance environments, whether top schools, elite companies, or startups backed by top investors.
