• Conduct compelling product showcases, proof-of-concepts, and presentations illustrating the platform's functionalities.
• Translate technical capabilities into clear, customer-focused benefits and outcomes.
• Engage directly with clientele to articulate technical value propositions, addressing technical inquiries and objections effectively.
• Architect integration strategies between our AI governance software and existing customer technologies, including SASE, firewall solutions, Windows and Mac operating systems, APIs, and SIEM tools.
• Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to represent customer feedback, influence product roadmap, and ensure alignment with market requirements.
• Remain informed regarding sector developments, specifically in relation to cybersecurity, AI compliance, data governance, and emerging regulatory frameworks.
• Participate in industry gatherings, webinars, and seminars to enhance brand prominence and thought leadership.

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities through a combination of inbound and outbound strategies, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
• Engage with leads to qualify their needs, budget, and timeline, and ensure they are a good fit for our platform.
• Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication with prospects, educating them on our product offerings and the value of WitnessAI.
• Book qualified meetings and product demos for the sales team, ensuring smooth transitions from SDR to the supporting Regional Sales Director(s).
• Update and manage prospect data in our CRM (Salesforce), ensuring accurate tracking of outreach, meetings, and pipeline activity.
• Work closely with sales and the marketing team to align efforts and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
• Participate in regular training sessions to sharpen your sales skills and knowledge about our products, the industry, and best practices.

Sales Development Representative

• Manage and grow relationships with assigned channel partners across your region.
• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, meeting quarterly revenue targets.
• Recruit, onboard, and train partners on the company’s AI security platform.
• Run joint business planning sessions with key partners to align on goals and GTM activities.
• Deliver ongoing sales enablement, set up technical enablement, competitive positioning, and objection handling.
• Coordinate with internal sales teams to support deal cycles involving channel partners.
• Work closely with Marketing on co-marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and demand-gen programs.
• Track partner performance, pipeline, and KPIs using CRM and partner management tools.
• Ensure partners follow deal registration processes and maintain pipeline hygiene.
• Represent the company at partner events, QBRs, and industry conferences.
