About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with sales leadership to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Improve technical win rates, competitive differentiation and sales cycle velocity
- Support strategic enterprise and global accounts
- Participate in executive customer meetings, EBR’s and EBC’s
- Help shape territory strategy, account planning and deal qualification
- Recruit, develop and retain high performing presales talent
- Build culture of accountability, technical excellence and customer obsession
- Develop scalable presales processes, methodologies and standards
- Establish KPI’s
- Be an executive technical advisor to customer, partners and prospects
- Teach SE’s how to translate customer business outcomes into AI security solutions
- Standardize technical sales methodologies and deal review processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-10 years of experience in presales leadership
- International team management
- Strong knowledge in network security, AI applications and tools
- Track record of scaling high performing presales teams
