Requirements
- Minimum of 6–8 years of experience in fundraising
- Experience working in international, multicultural, and diverse team environments
- At least 2 years of management or team leadership experience
- Proven track record of securing six-figure (and above) gifts or grants
- Demonstrated experience in generating new business within a global nonprofit organization
- Strong experience in producing high-quality, funder-facing written communications
- Exceptional attention to detail, precision, and accuracy in all work
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
