Ensure profitable growth within the designated Northeast territory and achieve targeted revenue & profitability goals
Establish and continually monitor KPIs and initiate action plans with the regional sales team
Contribute to development and growth of Wilo USA sales, service, and aftermarket directives for the Water Management sales channel
Analyze and monitor Water Management market trends and guide the channel partner network for growth
Collaborate with internal application engineering team to develop, review, and qualify specifications for pumping equipment, control panels, ancillary items, start-up & commission services, and customer training
Prepare and submit comprehensive technical proposals for channel partners, consulting engineers, and construction management companies
Ensure timely satisfaction of customer technical and commercial requests; coordinate internally to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
Attend local and national Water Management trade shows
Coordinate large-scale project development and design opportunities with the Water Management National Sales Manager
Requirements
Degree in technical engineering or business management
7-10 years of experience in sales of engineered products, preferably within the pump and rotating equipment space
Superior writing and verbal communication skills and the ability to present in-depth technical presentations
Exposure to both short and long cycle municipal planning & design development, and project delivery
Desire and professionalism to work and operate independently
Proven Levels of Sales Achievement and the ability to meet aggressive goals and well-defined objectives
Self-motivated with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a strong desire for success
Proficient use of the following Microsoft Products: OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Preparedness to travel (overnight travel by car and air required) 65%
Reside in a central Metropolitan Area within the state, within 45-60 minutes from a major airport
